Description

We recorded this episode with one of our favourite regular guests Lee Tran Lam yesterday after lunch. On our ways home we received the news about our friend Jeremy Strode, an incredibly kind and generous chef who passed away early this week. He's someone who has appeared on the show in our early days and has probably inspired almost every other guest we've had on since. We'll speak about Jeremy and his legacy many, many times in the future but Mitch and I decided to record a short intro over the phone that we added to this episode this morning. Rest in peace Jeremy. Our love to his family, friends and fans. After our short, badly recorded intro, our episode with Lee Tran Lam begins. We talk about Australian junk food, women in the food industry, Master of None and how good Momofuku Seiobo is. Make sure you check out Lee Tran's podcast The Unbearable Lightness of Being Hungry!
