Description
The first episode of Season 2 of the WholisticMatters Podcast Series launches on January 1st, 2020. Look forward to four episodes dedicated to changing the way you think about New Year’s resolutions, lifestyle changes, and being “healthy.” There are quotation marks around this word because “healthy” looks different for everyone! In season 2, "Building A Healthy Lifestyle," we’ll talk about how to define “healthy,” how to set healthy goals for yourself with sustainability and longevity in mind, and how to approach lifestyle goals realistically. We'll also discuss why (w)holistic health matters, the whole food advantage, and the importance of sleep, stress management, and physical activity as part of the (w)holistic approach to health. Special guests include nutrition scientist Weston Bussler, PhD, and Kristine Polley, PhD.
