The problem in the early and mid-2000s was that the tech ecosystem was fragmented and confusing. Ryan decided to develop a system so that he and his team could identify their exact problems and fill those needs with the most useful tech. He struck out on his own eight years ago, forming Sagemark HR. He has helped more than 200 organizations with their tech needs since then.
