Description

Today's guest found running in a strict lockdown in Melbourne Australia in 2020.
Having been a football player for 18 years, he had the aerobic engine and quickly went from a few k every day to participating in a 60k ultra a year later.
I'm delighted to welcome Kevin Cruz, a running cult member for Satisfy Running, Arc Teryx ambassador, AM PM RC member, and employee at beloved Melbourne boutique Up There.
In this conversation we journey through his running story, talk about the appeal of brands, his love of ultra, doing a marathon on a track and the beauty of Australian trails.
I hope you enjoy the conversation
