Tim is also coach to Australian marathon representative Sinead Diver and talks about her development as a consistent athlete and the trials and selection tribulations that come with it, as well as growing Zatopek:10. He speaks of his passion working in the recreational running space, empowering groups and growing running at the grassroots level in the regional clubs, making it more accessible to the public
