This week’s guest is middle distance runner Jeremy Roff, talking with Brad about his journey into running at house athletics, dabbling with cross country and representing Australia as a junior, training under coach Ken Green. Jeremy talks about how he formed his trademark work ethic, what his training week involved and how one-percenters played a role in staying injury free. He recounts representing Australia in the Commonwealth Games 2006 and 2010
1500m Melbourne, and the tension with Craig Mottram before going into the lead up to his 1500m PB of 3:34, the sessions leading into it and sacrifices to snag 8th fastest Australian time. Jeremy talks dealing with injuries and calling time on his career and where his focus has shifted since.
