This week on the One Year No Beer Podcast Ruari speaks to Rebecca Brown.   They discuss how Rebecca is supposed to be an expert in helping people to deal with their health as she works as a mental health clinician, however she felt like a fraud because she could not control her drinking. Rebcca didn’t have a rock bottom moment, she more so realised that she was no longer able to have just one drink.    Rebecca’s life has improved in countless ways since she joined One Year No Beer and stopped drinking. She gets better sleep, has less anxiety, and she even found time to write a book.
