Dr. Bray worked for Pfizer and Baxter for 16 years and finished his corporate career as Senior Global Vice President of Organizational Development & Effectiveness. A highly sought-after keynote speaker, Dr. Bray, has given over 300 keynotes in the last three years. His engaging, entertaining delivery and ability to take complex research and make it applicable to his audiences have proven invaluable to Fortune 500 organizations. Dr. Bray graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Ph.D. in Organizational & Adult Development and a 2nd Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a concentration in the cognitive sciences (ABD). Chris also earned an MBA. Dr. Bray teaches at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University for executive education.
