Description
CW: fear of food, reluctance to eat, being obsessive and controlling with food. For many with endo, eating can be a struggle as it may lead to digestive symptoms, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, pain, fatigue, and other horrible symptoms. This may lead us to change our diet, which can feel restrictive, limited, or depriving. Or it may cause us to begin to fear eating, since eating often causes us a terrible flare. For Amy, eating is one of her biggest challenges and the source of many flares, and that led to her having a very unhealthy relationship with food. We talk about how we’ve personally been able to let go of the fear around eating and have a much better relationship with food. LIKE OUR SHOW? Please rate it or leave a review! CONNECT WITH US!
