Description

One of the things we often forget to talk about when it comes to improving our ADHD thoughts and behaviors is our Diet! What are you putting into your body and is it helpful or hurtful?  This episode, we have Angela Dodge with us. She has been a certified dietitian for 19 years and she specializes working with kids who have ADHD and other behavior challenges!  We will talk about how water/hydration can be one of our greatest weapons against mental, emotional, and behavior challenges. There are also some key vitamins and minerals that we might be missing and need to ADD. This episode is geared toward adding things to our diet rather than feeling like we have to take so many things out of it.  Her last take away will leave with you some super food for thought as you plan your meals going forward! Check it out and let us know if you have any questions through email.  You can check out the courses she mentions at www.nourishedbeginnings.ca You can message any questions or future topic suggestions to katelynmabry4@gmail.com or visit my website at www.katelynmabry.com for more resources. Have a blessed day!
