Description

There are three types of ADHD. The first is the primarily inattentive type, which we will talk about in today's episode. The second is primarily hyperactive, which we will discuss in future episodes. The third is combined type, which is a combination of inattentive and hyperactive. I have ADHD combined type, how about you?   In this episode, you will hear from ADHD coach Damon Manley who has ADHD inattentive type. He shares his journey with you and you will learn more about what it means to experience this inattentive ADHD! It may surprise you and not be what you think! He shares his experience with hyperfocus and how it stems from actually maintaining focus on those things that pique his interest, such as sports and video games.  You can find Damon on his website www.winadhd.com where you can book a coaching call with him or connect with him on his social media channels!  You can also check out www.katelynmabry.com Order my book "Hi, It's Me!
