Description

Do you ever feel like you have a finale of fireworks going off in your mind?! I sure do!  Living with an ADHD brain can often feel like a constant firework show! There is beauty in the creativity, imagination, brilliant ideas, and strengths that are unique to you! On the other hand, our mind can take us in a direction that leads us to getting burned by the run away fireworks!  Join me in this episode while we use this fun visual analogy to bring to life what it feels like inside you ADHD brain. We will talk about how these thoughts trigger behaviors, how to gain control of the firework display of thoughts, and how to refocus on the beauty while fanning the flames!  We will use the acronym FIREWORK to learn some helpful tools and strategies to try out too! Remember, we are all unique and you need to find what works best for you!  Check out my Instagram page @journey_with_me_through_adhd where you will find more visual content on this topic and please visit www.katelynmabry.com for more resources or to schedule a free consultation with me!  If you are looking for a kids book to engage your child and help them feel connected and understand their brain a little better...check out my book, "Hi, It's Me! I have ADHD!" Send an email to katelynmabry4@gmail.com if you'd like to order a signed & personalized copy that comes with a zipper bracelet. Have a super blessed day!
