Description
Grab a cup of tea for this one because it’s story time! A couple of weeks back I got invited to speak on another podcast and inevitably I got asked the question, “Jane, how is it that you got to be doing the work that you are now?” Truth be told, I find this one of the most difficult questions to answer simply because, I have no idea where to start. My horsing life right back to when I was a little girl, involvement with different facets of mental health, my time overseas working in trauma and aid relief and my adventures studying yoga therapy have all combined as an unlikely but essential mix to bring me to where it is I am today. The interview sparked off the desire to answer that question more completely, which exactly what this episode is- a combination of snapshots from behind the scenes that have come to form the fabric of who I am.
