Kate, a 33 year old IFBB Bikini professional began competing 8 years ago. She obtained her Pro card in 2014 at the Miami Nationals competition. Kate is from Westchester County New York, where she works as a crisis counselor and aspiring Gerontologist.  In this podcast we touch on female roles in the industry.
