Julie has been the Executive Director of Food Outreach since 2016. Food Outreach provides nutritional interventions to people living in the St. Louis region diagnosed with HIV/AIDS or cancer whose incomes are at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level. She graduated from FOCUS Leadership St. Louis in 2020 and currently serves on a committee working on building Black individual, household and business capacity in the St. Louis region.
