Description

Rachel was born and raised in St. Louis, MO after her parents emigrated from India. She studied women’s studies at Loyola Univerity in Chicago, IL  before returning to St. Louis where she earned her Masters degree in Public Policy Administration from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
