When I’m on the last rep, of my last set of my workout of the day & I feel like giving up, I tell myself these 3 words. When I’m hitting mile 6.9 of the 7 miles I went out to run and my legs don’t feel like they have much left in them, I tell myself these 3 words. When I’m editing a podcast late in the evening after a long day of work & I just want to snuggle up & bed and pass out, I tell myself these 3 words. GO ONE MORE!
