In her new book, The Art of Enough, she offers a practical guidebook designed to cultivate sufficiency and peace for healthy self-belief, work pace and sustainable living, so we can all move from striving to thriving.   Guest Bio Becky Hall has worked as a leadership and life coach for over 20 years with individuals and teams in a wide range of organizations, specializing in building gravitas, presence and inner confidence. She has an English & Drama degree (London University), a master’s degree in Adult Learning (City University), and an advanced diploma in coaching and Fellowships of CIPD and the RSA. She is a registered senior practitioner with the EMCC (European Coaching regulator), a Heart Math accredited coach and part of the Coaching Constellations systemic coaching teaching faculty. Her book, Art of Enough: 7 ways to build a balanced life and a flourishing world, was released in September 2021.   Host Bio Kristen Manieri is the author of Better Daily Mindfulness Habits: Simples Changes with Lifelong Impact (July 2021: Rockridge Press). She’s certified both as a habits coach and mindfulness teacher. She specializes in: stress reduction, energy management, mindset, resilience, focus, habit formation, rest rituals, and prioritizing personal well-being.
