She has a Masters in Sociology, a PhD in Health and Human Performance, and her Masters in Nursing. She has worked in Sleep Medicine since 2008 and now lives in Nashville, TN. The Sleep Workbook is her first book and reflects her love for sharing her knowledge about health issues.   Host Bio Kristen Manieri is the author of Better Daily Mindfulness Habits: Simples Changes with Lifelong Impact (July 2021: Rockridge Press). She’s certified both as a habits coach and mindfulness teacher. She specializes in: stress reduction, energy management, mindset, resilience, focus, habit formation, rest rituals, and prioritizing personal well-being.
