On the 24th of August 2019, we released our first Podcast - a 20 minute chat with RunCulture young gun Jess Dunsmore (@jess_dunsmore).
18 months and 100 episodes later, Jess returns alongside training partners Damien Clark (@damienclarkk), Bevan Does (@bevan_does) and Peter Dutton.
Hosted by Coach Dane Verwey, the boys discuss everything from individual learnings, current fitness, their goals, favourite sessions and what has them excited.
