Description
Nick Feakes is a winger for NOLA Gold in the US Major League Rugby. We chat about his journey from being a skinny 16 year old, that was lacking confidence and not much good by his own account, to becoming the first player to score a hat trick for NOLA in the MLR.Feakes also talks about the mindset which enabled him to come back from a devastating leg break and ankle dislocation to become one of the best collegiate players in the States. Along with playing in the MLR, Feakes is helping young players follow in his footsteps and get a scholarship to play collegiate rugby in the States. If you’d like to know more about this, send him a DM on instagram @striveathletesabroad and follow him @nickfeakes.Any feedback, please send me a DM on instagram @offfieldrugby, would love to hear your thought.Cheers, Brian Get the bonus Podcasts on Patreon Our GDPR privacy policy was updated on August 8, 2022.
