Description

Today I’m joined by Tallene and Sirak Kalaygian, the founders of PCOS Weight Loss. Tallene is a PCOS Weight Loss registered dietitian and after she was diagnosed at age 18, she was left scared and confused without much information or guidance from her practitioner. She discovered that eliminating gluten and dairy was a huge key to living healthier with PCOS and, together with her husband Sirak, developed a program meant to make living with the diagnosis easier to both understand and embrace. Sirak is a PCOS Personal Trainer and a strong supporter of women struggling with PCOS. He has taken his skills as an engineer and applied his creative genius to editing and producing the content within the PCOS Weight Loss membership and social media channels. Together with Tallene, he co-hosts the A Cyster and Her Mister podcast and brings a light-hearted and understanding approach to PCOS management. In this episode, we talk about Tallene’s experience with PCOS, why reversing your PCOS symptoms requires a full body and lifestyle approach, how changing your workout style can help your PCOS symptoms, why a gluten-free and dairy-free approach works, figuring out your carb tolerance, and so much more. There are so many great takeaways in this episode. I hope you enjoy it!   To learn more about Tallene and Sirak Kalaygian, visit the show notes.
