Description

Today on the podcast we have the honor of having Racheal Hartley, author of the new book Gentle Nutrition, on the show.   Rachael’s book Gentle Nutrition explores what healthy eating looks like from a non-diet perspective. It teaches you how to improve your relationship with food and how take care of your body with real life tips and tools that have helped my clients. By taking food off it’s pedestal as the end all, be all of health, Gentle Nutrition creates space for engaging with nutrition in a more relaxed, and sustainable manner.
