I know it was me when I first encounter intuitive eating years ago. After years of chronic dieting, I was convinced that something was wrong with me that couldn’t be fixed by intuitive eating. In some way, I thought I was special... The truth is you can’t fail at intuitive eating. You can feel “stuck” but in itself, intuitive eating is still working... Beyond the fact that we were all born intuitive eaters and remain intuitive eaters until we encounter our first diet, intuitive eating in itself is a framework, not a pass or fail program.
