This week, Stefani and Noelle discuss how to deal with sugar cravings, the best foods to eat for fertility, and balancing hormones after pregnancy. Also, you'll get some recommendations for natural deodorants.

Please note! To prove to you just how imperfect we are, we made a rather large mistake in our "off the cuff" calculations for minimum fat grams you should be consuming per day. We recommend consuming a minimum of 600 calories from fat, which would be around 67g of fat per day, not 20g. Unfortunately, we decided to practice math and realized our mistake only after we ended the podcast.
