Because if you can’t look in the mirror and see how beautiful you really are today, you'll never be happy. Building a positive body image takes time. But here’s Step 2, you can’t just tell yourself you love where you’re at, you have to love yourself enough to fight for a healthier and stronger tomorrow. That means making a conscious effort to fuel your body with the proper portion sizes of healthy foods.
