About this ebook

At 5'6" 160lbs, Malaina is a 45+ year old lady that knows how to use her stunning, muscular physique. An experience martial arts student, Malaina loves putting males firmly in their place. Fans of mature, powerful women will fall in love with this amazing woman!

Cari (5'8" 226lbs) and Steph (5'4" 182lbs) are powerful sisters with thin stepbrothers. This is obviously a recipe for female vs male wrestling. Even though the guys are taller, the women show that power and wrestling experience win out. These are two beautiful and very capable women.

Celeste is 5'8" 164lbs and has thighs to die for. Celeste is a former track athlete but this African American powerhouse also knows how to fight and wrestle. Celeste explains what it's like to first defeat and then dominate overwhelmed males. The pics of Celeste, just like the pics of all the other ladies, will blow your mind!

Jamie (5'4 ½" 194lbs) is the ideal mom. Then again, if strong women intimidate you, she might be a nightmare. Jamie can pin down and lift up almost any guy and she delights in seeing a man's surprise. Thick thighs crush guys and so do big, powerful arms…Jamie has got it all!

Marsha is a 5'3" 162lb blonde bomber. Don't let the pigtails fool you, Marsha is far more devious than she looks. Her killer calves and amazing hips will drive you wild!

Miss Aruba (5'4" 151lbs) and Esty (5'3" 138lbs) are friends on a mission. These amazing South American women use scissor locks and other man-taming holds to keep the fellas under control. Both of these women love the physical and psychological control they have over men. Miss Aruba and Esty are part adorable and part lethal!

Samantha is 5'7" 161lbs and she admits that she's not the nicest woman around. Samantha has found that too much friendliness can invite stalkers. Her long legs and short amount of patience are a devastating combination.

    Malaina 5’6" 160lbs

In June of 2019 I celebrated my thirteenth year in jijuitsu and combat arts by taking down both of my only female opponents and all three of my male opponents to win a six person weight class submission tournament.

My children as well as my husband knew I was tough, but they did not know I’d make grown men slap the mat in pain and desperation. It was a hell of a way to celebrate being on the earth for 4 ½ decades!

I have a friendly smile, but I’m a lifelong bitch. I have a twin brother and every year or so he’d carry things too far and I’d end up sitting on his chest making him beg for mercy. Even though he’s my brother, and this sounds horrible, I even smacked him in the balls just to make sure he learned his lesson. He learned that important lesson, but boys will be boys and he’d forget eventually and need to be re-educated.

After about one year of marriage my husband told me to stop acting like a bitch. I asked him to repeat himself. With-in five seconds I had his manhood in my right hand and five seconds later he had tears in his eyes. I laid down the law and he never repeated that sin.

I can look very harmless, or I can show off my physique which embarrasses my children who are now 20 and 22 (twin 22 year olds).

    Q and A with Malaina

    Q) Do you have any especially fond or vivid memories of defeating the women or men at that tournament?

    A) I faced Owen, a forty-one-year-old man with a child that’s just one year younger than my youngest. He’s one of those people I saw around a lot and knew, but not real well. Then he began classes at the dojo where I attend and we saw each other a total of maybe a dozen times in those six months.

I must have been wearing a gi or more modest clothing when I saw him those dozen times. Why else would his chin almost hit the ground when he was standing across from me ready to compete?

When my muscles are showing, then my muscles are really showing! I’ll never forget Owen picking his head up and noticing just how strong I look. He may have been psyched out, but that was not the reason he lost.

Owen lost because I made him tap out 4 times in our 3 rounds (3-minute rounds). He never got me in any trouble throughout those nine-minutes.

Owen was nice enough to congratulate me both after the match and later in the day. He was a mess mentally and it was hilarious! Owen kept trying to find ways to tell me that I am so beautiful and skilled and strong, but he was excessively nervous. And after his wonderful, funny compliments, I hugged Owen and he must have had something in his pocket because I was poked. Now, eight months later, I’m pretty sure if I asked Owen to crawl a half mile for amusement he’d do it!

My third match was against a guy who was also 2-0. He looked at me with a very rough, intimidating glare before we began. I made the poor guy tap out in the 1st round, but things were pretty competitive. Then he got winded and I crushed Kevin with a hellacious bodyscissors in the 2nd round. He tapped out and quit the match as he held his ribs in pain. I told my husband
