About this ebook
It has been a year since I first noticed and felt the sensations in my body. The pressure has grown stronger each day, building up in intensity and causing my nervous system to vibrate. The force only gains strength when I let go of holding on to my body and relax. When I did relax and just accepted it, it was like allowing myself to be taken over by an energy force. All I could feel was an energy body with no awareness of my physical body.
