INTRODUCTION
I am writing this because I have to. This book started with an essay that won entry to a Hay House writer’s workshop that I didn’t attend because it fell on my birthday weekend and my daughter invited me to spend my birthday with her. I chose celebrating with my daughter (I have no regrets) and the memories of a loving and fun weekend!
When I use the term holistic throughout this book, I am speaking of the whole
person, which includes our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
I am sharing snapshots of my life experiences, especially related to skin eruptions, and various techniques that I’ve learned to heal myself holistically. I do believe we have an innate healing potential that can be stimulated through various forms to activate our personal innate healing.
Just Do Today
Just do today…the crazy dialogue in my head is anxiety about tomorrow. Stay here and now, do today. Those depressive feelings come from the pondering of what I could have done with all the yesterdays.
No benefits to dancing in all that crazy, it never changed anything. I
