()
About this ebook
I want the effects of my work to become evidence of how much people mean to me. I am a healed product of my lineage of experiences, working to see everyone be the same. This is what I can contribute to a better experience for the future world that we'll leave behind. Right now people are lost in pathways like isolation, mental instability, loss of compassion, production over purpose, narrowing mindsets, and unchecked practices. What we have right now, is a world in despair. To the magnitudes that the planet is dying, and souls are drowning in fear. By sharing my perspectives, I send out my hopes that other people will experience being captivated in the adventure of experiencing how it feels to be the answer to something. I am only an answer for something, but together, everyone is an answer for everything. Many previous generations gave their existence to supply us with ours. And it's time to start looking at a bigger scope of reality so that we might begin to appreciate the whole of it. So I hope you enjoy the Living Panaceas, and begin to participate in this journey and gain your inner wisdom as you continue embarking on your own life expression.

A Journey To Overcome - Kashan Krystian
Chapter One
Introduction
Many times, throughout my life, I’ve found myself repeating cycles, and searching, trying to look for my purpose. I was constantly in motion and led a very active life, but on the inside, I was waiting and hoping, looking for meaning that would make sense of this life. And in doing that I’ve experienced so many ranges of situations, feelings and thoughts from pleasure, happiness, love, hope, pain, sadness, depression, anxiety, loss, anger, and that’s just a few main ones. And I just couldn’t always make sense of it. Ultimately, I still had the same questions about my life and still hoping to run into my purpose but I was starting to get weighed down by a growing mountain of regrets from wrong turns that I’d made along the way. My journey to overcome happened during the quickest fall into darkest time of my life. It was a time when my entire world as I knew it came to a screeching halt and then it shattered right before me. All of a sudden, I was now living without the things and people that meant everything in the world to me. There was nothing but me, there was me and time. I was moving out of sync and without reason, just lost. Day after day, it all felt the same. It felt as if I were sitting in a waiting room, watching the clock move fluidly to each next second, as I waited for some sign or miracle to help me to get to the next step.
As I waited, I reflected on my life. First it was just random things I had done or seen, and I contemplated the possible reasons why. Thought about people that I helped, and the people that I’d hurt most. I even compiled a list of experiences that I couldn’t wait to have, and the accomplishments that I found pride in and held close, and like clockwork, out of nowhere came the regrets, the pain, backslides, and failures one after another they came sprinting to mind. Memories always seem to feel very meaningful in the moment, yet they grow more trivial as they fade further and further back into the past. After way too long being emotionally stagnant, I couldn’t stay in the loop of memories anymore, and I knew it. I convinced myself that it was time to focus on the life ahead of me. So, it became my priority to figure out how I can make the most of every bit of it. I set out to find a way to heal, and find my purpose within this world, after all, what could be better than a life that is rich with true purpose.
I started searching, then reading, audiobooks, lectures, then seminars, guides and courses. I found that they were very helpful, but only in helping me to act better, making it possible for me to consciously appear to grow. So that I would be more like the person who I really thought that I wanted to be. Instead, it was more like, me being the person that I felt like everyone expected of me. Because I was still, and yet, incomplete. Still shattered and still searching, I realized that what it missed, was the hurt. It missed the pain, the sadness, the anger, it missed the anxiety, the resentment, the darkness, it missed everything that was swirling within me. All that this caused was a balancing act of two separate realities, the life that everyone around me was allowed to see and the other, where I was still lost, hurt, and broken. That was, until I encountered my inner light. It began with a journey through my darkest of places, and as I searched, I found myself lead to understanding. I ventured into this experience with my curiosity and courage, and as I stepped closer to my light, my life also transformed. With each progression, I experienced more of a life that was full, and complete, from the inside out. And as I reached my wholeness, my authenticity, I was filled with a happiness that has been constant, a passion that is ever expressive, and an understanding that is abundantly clear. It is a pleasure to welcome you, as I share with you, A Journey To Overcome.
We all exist in this life for a reason. That the true purpose of
