After seventeen years with chronic pain and endometriosis, she hit rock bottom and was forced to shift her perspective and lifestyle. Through acupuncture, chiropractic care, kinesiology, and spirituality, she started honoring and listening to her body. Audrey now lives pain- and symptom-free of the disease.
