Super Mama is a manual for mothers and wives to be the best God created them to be. This book is an encouragement to Mothers, especially Christian mothers, to raise godly children and also to live righteous lives.

The author from her deep knowledge of the word of God inspires all mothers to be like the Proverbs 31 woman. I just love the statement she made, that the Proverbs 31 woman was not under grace and was able to achieve a lot. Therefore, those of us under grace, have to excel at all we do.

One statement really ministered to me and I quote, ‘God has given you something special and He wants you to shine with it.’

As a mother of three children I have taken a lot of advice from this book. It is my prayer that all who read this book will find a nugget within these pages that would minister to them. This is such a brilliant piece of work!

Preface

The concept of Superwoman represents extraordinary feats of achievements and performances by one endowed with special powers beyond the natural realm. Often, these heroic characters would rescue the suffering and defeat villains but are themselves unconquerable.

Although it is obvious that Superwoman do not exist literally in the real world, the achievements and contributions of some outstanding mothers to our world could almost earn them the title Super Mama. However, it is encouraging to know that this honourable status is not limited to a fortunate few but is available to every mother who will rise to the call.

This is because, as believers, the limitless power of God resides in us. The Apostle Paul emphasized this when he said we are not mere men (1 Corinthians 3:3). The child of God is divine and supernatural. Scriptures such as Romans 8:11, Colossians 1:27, and 1 John 4:4 give credence to this truth.

Indeed, because the Greater One lives in every child of God, there are no limits to what we can do if we believe and act on the word of God. This does not mean the power of God can be used indiscriminately for showmanship or without purpose. It rather implies the child of God is fully equipped and empowered by the Spirit of God to complete down to the last detail all that God has assigned them to do.

In Super Mama, I highlight the often neglected strengths and potentials of Christian mothers by using the Proverbs 31 woman as a model and an example of a great achieving mother who had all round success without compromising her values.

The urgency and significance of this message at such a time as this is revealed in the fact that as children of God, we carry the solution to the deepening darkness in the world today. We must arise and shine bright in order to eradicate the prevailing gloomy state all around us. Darkness is automatically dispelled when light shows up.

The increasing chaos and numerous troubles in the world continues to cripple the progress of many. As the light of the world, it will be disappointing if we sit back unconcerned and allow things to deteriorate.

We must heed to the call in Isaiah 60:1-3 and;

"Arise, shine;

For your light has come!

And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.
