    To my father, Michael Cameron. He passed away in December of 2021. He was a father, best friend, and a twenty-seven-year partner in a business we ran together. My father was the best father I could have ever asked for. He was a loving, kind, honest man and friendly to everyone. He helped me through many of the difficulties I had in my life.     Lesson 1 Healing How You See Yourself

    I love you.

    My power to choose and change my mind is infinite.

    My desire creates my reality.

    I am committing to healing myself.

    I am confident and patient as I go through my healing.

    Who I am now is the result of all the feelings and thoughts I have had in my life.

    I am safe when I experience what I have created inside me.

    I am letting go of controlling or suppressing my feelings and thoughts.

    I am flowing with myself and my life.

    I am calm, relaxed and peaceful.

    I am calm and peaceful when things around me are not.

    When I calm my mind, I can listen to my heart.

    My positive and loving inspiration is my guide.

    I am letting go of judging and criticizing myself.

    I am letting go of all my doubts about myself.

    I am pausing when I have an unpeaceful or unloving reaction in feeling and thought to identify where healing is needed

    I am positive about myself, my life, and the world.

    I desire to be forgiving

    I forgive what happened to me in my past and love myself.

    I am forgiving myself of this guilt and letting it go.

    I am innocent in this past experience.

    I am letting go of the urge to have to be doing something so I can be calm, relaxed, and peaceful instead.

    I am letting go of this fear to keep my peace.

    I am confident and fearless in my life and this world.

    I am happy to be; I am happy to be me.

    I experience my life like a child does.

    I am bringing a positive and loving passion to everything I do.

    My past is perfect, today was perfect, I am at peace.

    Instead of being lost, I am letting my inner love and joy lead me.

    The inner love and joy I accept for myself will heal me.

    I am beautiful; I am love; I am joy.

    I am grateful for everything I have and everything I am now.

    I am love, I am loved, I am loving.

    I will experience this unloving feeling and thought and extend love to it in order to heal it.

    Lesson 2 Healing How You See Others

    I accept the way the world is now.

    I am kind in thought, word, and deed

    I am letting go of judging, labeling, and criticizing others

    I am letting go of blame, bitterness, and finding guilt.

    I accept you completely.

    Everyone is perfect the way they are now.

    Everyone's chosen path is perfect for them.

    I am letting go of your past.

    Everyone is a healing lesson; everyone is a healing gift.

    Lesson 3 Strengthening Love and Joy

    Inner peace, love, and joy occur in the present moment.

    I am letting go of choosing a side to be on because I am on all sides as a loving being.

    I am letting go of this body; I am love.

    I am letting go of their body; they are love.

    Everyone is my spiritual brother and spiritual sister.

    There is more than what I see and hear.

    I am safe with my inner love.

    I am letting go of following my intellect so I can follow my heart.

    I am listening to the love from my heart.

    Practice becoming transparent and being a pass-through. Let feelings be felt and thoughts experienced and then let them go. Then let love pass through and be extended to others.

    Completely loving all of myself is how I find true freedom.

    Loving everyone and all life is how I find true freedom.

    My heart and mind are filled with love.

    I am one with love.

    With love all things are possible.
