It is time for all of us to take our responsibility. We are here on Earth right now for different reasons. We all have different missions to accomplish. But all missions have the same core. Love.

You may be wondering what you can bring. It is necessary, first and foremost, for everyone to work on their self. Start with your own inner self. What emotions do you feel right now? If you are stuck in emotions that are heavy, you have work to do on yourself. Find out why you feel as you do. It may require some work on yourself but it is well worth it. To spread light and love it is necessary to be in light and love yourself. That is where you commence. It will be like ripples on the water.

Love is the strongest force. Love conquers everything!

A few years ago, I understood that I am very sensitive in every sense, and when I received that insight I had an explanation as to why I freely withdrew when I was a child. Many called me sensitive and shy. Now I understand that it was due to too many emotions and thoughts. I felt others’ emotions such as fear and sadness and absorbed them into myself. Now I can deal with the emotions of others more easily and protect myself from them.

In recent years, I have joined several different kinds of education and courses to develop myself and also to help others. As a therapist who chooses natural ways to health, I often combine several different methods such as intuition, coaching, healing, massage and acupressure to release the mental and physical blockages. I always look at the whole picture while giving treatment. The body and soul are very good at self-healing, but sometimes a little help is necessary.
