Introduction
Welcome my dear friends I am about to take you on a journey that will hopefully inspire you to create to encourage you to do good in regards to situations such as relationships and other situations where you can perform positively and establish a positive approach that will strengthen and reinforce your resolve and resilience and your ability to communicate the processes of love and compassion.
The world of which is our home is troubled and we the people need to stand up and release our concerns and to create a platform from this and thus project our thoughts to discourage materialism, selfishness, bigotry and aggression.
The material from which this book is created, is a series a sequence of essays, poetry and prays explaining my spirituality and the ideas that from which listening to others and asking questions and reading about other people’s philosophy’s and other individuals views on life that of which have inspired me and have brought to my attention the lack of respect, the lack of acceptance, the lack of rational debate, the lack of humanity, that creates and places us all in a precarious situation.
I hope this book brings to your attention that we are running out of time, we need to act, we need to protest, we need to talk and find a solution together.

Empathy,
A word often used in this book, a word that encourages that word of love, compassion though not being sympathetic or feeling sorry for someone but to be understanding of another’s fears another’s reservations another’s emotional and physical pain. To recognize the importance of empathy is to establish a connection between yourself and another with clarity and a process of enlightening and clear conservation. If you have a friend of whom seems down, depressed, and anxious start a conversation. For example, ask them how do they feel, are you okay, do you need a shoulder to cry on, do you need a hug, attempt to open up a conservation, listen intently and reflect what they have said so as for they can recpgnise and believe that you are being respectful and that you are tuned in.
Empathy is kind, it is caring, it is tough, it is true, it is resilient. It can be utilized in many different situations, it’s about positive emotions and a feeling connection, to give others a hand hand up, not a handout.
When someone finds themselves in a difficult situation for example one that is stuck in quicksand, they struggle but to give them empathy is like throwing a piece of rope and encouraging them to pull themselves and next time if it were to happen to another, one can use the skills they have learnt to help others so on and so on.
Empathy is feeling the depths of another’s emotions and spirit, to connect, to understand, to recognize deeply another’s needs, wants and rights, to respect, to appreciate, to love.

Evolution,
As I explore the narrative to find the reason for my dismay. I explore I search of the details for my reasoning, but with the understanding of the process with purpose of who I am and who I would like to be.
I deeply recommend that with a sense of enlightenment and virtue empower yourself by asking appropriate questions but realise that there is no mistakes getting it wrong for it will eventually come to you and you will comprehend the meaning of the equation, the question the answer are both important but the process of understanding takes time
