Inner Calm Buddha Vol 3: Soothing Your Heart Space
()
About this ebook
I believe that there are spiritual methods to unload pain from our hearts. This is why becoming self-aware is important. I believe that we came here to experience life as it is, not selfishly how we want it to be. We all must experience the positive and negative, the problem happens when we deny the bad as if we are so special. We are also able to heal and detach from past experiences when we allow ourselves to grow inwardly. Negative experiences happen to help us mature.
Our personal beliefs about ourselves affect our mood and feelings. So I had to ask myself what beliefs do I have that are causing me to stay insecure, angry, or depressed? If I change my perception of myself then my feelings about my potential would change. Maybe everything is not all bad, it's how I choose to see it, this is why I stopped being so hard on myself. We did not come here to be perfect, we came here to evolve during this temporary life.

Accept when we are wrong, what do I have to lose, I make mistakes
Accepting when we are wrong is taking accountability, then we can be responsible for our own actions. Accepting when we are wrong is advanced maturity. When we don't take accountability this leaves room for excuses, then we will keep experiencing the same life problems. Remember no one is perfect, that was never God's plan for us while having a human experience.
Babies and younger children utilize the left and right brain functions. The educational system takes that ability away so that society cannot utilize the left and right brain functions. The right brain deals with imagination that constantly spits out new ideas.
It is easier to understand metaphysics, and spiritual concepts when the right brain is still active with the left brain. The left brain is the logical mind, such as one pus one is two, there is no proof of spirit, or there is no psychological or spiritual warfare going on. Everything has to make logical sense. This is the 10% of the brain, the conscious mind, the ego mind, and the 5 senses. The left brain is for creativity. We learned to read from left to right, keeping us away from the right brain as we age.
Since the majority lacks imagination,
