INTRODUCTION
One of my most cherished friends told me a few years ago: Clara, I admire your ability to forgive so easily. I have a hard time practicing it. I really admire you for having the courage to do it.
I was surprised at hearing such words - to learn that perception of someone so dear to me. It gave me the joy to know that negativity didn't take over my heart.
As we grow up, we may experience anger, joy, sadness, fear, etc., so many emotions resembling a glass being filled with water; so are thoughts filling our mind and endless sensations, our hearts.
Talking about this topic is somewhat problematic because everyone sees forgiveness from their individual perspective. From that perspective, forgiveness is something difficult to grant.
