Sometimes we don’t think about the problems other kids go through.
Our focus can be so fixed on our own problems that we don’t recognize there’s a bigger world out there.
In that world, other kids might experience pain and suffering we never imagined possible.
A Chance in The World is about one of these kids, a boy named Steve Pemberton.
While Steve has to go through a lot, his struggle propels him to make good decisions that benefit his life in the end.
He studies hard. He focuses on his goals. He keeps up his fight.
Steve’s story then is not just about all the abuse he sustained in his early years.
At least, that’s not what defines his story.
It’s much bigger than that. His story is about his determination to overcome that abuse and negativity and become a better person in spite of
