Be Encouraged, Tan

BE ENCOURAGED, Tan is a 50-day journal of quotes that have provided encouragement for me through life’s challenges. The quotes were either written by myself or someone else and have served as a form of ministry during times of confusion or despair. Writing each passage was not only therapeutic because I was able to express myself, but also life-changing. I believe this journal will not only encourage others to stand strong through opposition but teach them the benefits of seeking God first and creating peace from within.
Why 50 days? The biblical definition of 50 relates to deliverance and restoration of things. Most times, when people lack encouragement, they have succumbed to some form of bondage, be it an addiction, refusing to let go of past hurt, or merely struggling with self-confidence. We all have faced a challenge that left us feeling defeated. I believe the only true way of overcoming any obstacle is through deliverance. You must first be released from the one thing that has kept you bound. The next step on the path of freedom is through restoration of faith. Once you have established who you are--your biblical lineage and the many promises from God--you have no choice but to BE ENCOURAGED.
There is a lesson to be learned from each quote and personal testimony. Following each passage, there is a section allocated for the reader to reflect upon what they read and how they can apply it to their life. At the end of the 50 days, the reader should feel encouraged and aligned with God’s purpose for their life. This book will transform lives and take every reader to the NXT LVL. I am truly excited about this journey. I hope you are, too!!
