About this ebook
Welcome to this space, whether it's your first visit or you've returned before. The order in which you explore these collections is entirely up to you, but understanding my growth may enhance your connection to the journey. Consider this an open journal, where I embrace freedom and allow my vulnerability to shine in every way. Here, I am unapologetically myself.
The first volume of this collection began when I was sixteen and concluded at the age of twenty-five, a period marked by significant life changes. It holds a special place in my heart as one of my favorite books, capturing honest emotions and, most importantly, my authentic voice—a voice I had spent much of my life without.
The "I Was Never Broken" collection has resonated with readers worldwide, earning its place on the best-seller charts of Amazon on multiple occasions. I'm grateful for the beautiful feedback it has received, even though it hasn't been without its share of criticism. Regardless, I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read and engage with my work. While the grammar may not be flawless and you may stumble upon an occasional mistake, I strive to convey a message that reminds us of our shared humanity and emphasizes that mistakes do not define us. The power lies in the message itself, transcending the imperfections of its delivery. I believe we are here to find ourselves in others, draw inspiration, and seek healing. My purpose is to share my story in all its imperfect glory.
In this collection, you will encounter pieces from my younger days, each accompanied by a time and date stamp or an acknowledgment of the age at which it was written. The dates will not be presented in a chronological order, offering an emotional roller coaster ride through the pages. I sincerely hope you find enjoyment in immersing yourself in this collection.
Above all, my deepest hope is that you truly hear me and feel the emotions that flow through my words. May this journey bring us closer, reminding us of the power of connection and the capacity for empathy.
