About this ebook

Courtney’s first day at her new job is sent to make a delivery at one of the biggest business owners in her town. Seeing that this is a great opportunity to meet the owner she goes out of her way to make a good impression. As luck would have it she made a great impression, and the owner pulled some strings to have her stay at the owner’s home to help her out of a sudden crisis.

The crisis at the owner’s house that a model had to cancel at the last minute as part of the party the owner was holding. Always willing to further her career Courtney exceeded all expectation in her role as model. By the time Courtney left the party she had the guest work up over her formidable talents. In fact, the business owner ever passed her name to a friend in need of an exception female model.

When Courtney arrives at the job, she learns she is going to be modeling with another girl. The job is to help show case a new offering they have. The job is a bit more involved since it required filming and photography that seemed to take forever. Feeling depressed, bored and sure she had not lived up to the new job's requirements. But to the contrary the director commended her work and asked her to stay after all the other cast and crew had left. Hopefully Courtney thought to bigger and better things.

    Chapter One

Sometimes you’ll do almost anything when you need money. When I bought my new Nissan Sentra that is what happened to me. I had to pay for my own insurance and make the car payments and pay for gas. I thought my parents would help with some of my bills because I was still living at home while I went to college...NOT! So I took a job that I thought was rather menial. I became a Grub Dash delivery girl.

Stella, my manager sent me out to deliver six large pizzas to the owner of Galena 's Pizzeria, house on my first night. Now Galena's Pizza was considered the best pizza in town. What made Galena 's different is that it was owned by a woman, managed by a woman. It was a cool place to work.

I was pretty excited about meeting the owner of Galena 's the best pizza in town and possibly getting a big tip for a large order. When I got to her house I could not believe that she had such a gorgeous house. I was so proud that I was able to carry all six pizzas on one trip. When I rang the bell this woman about 30 answered the door.

Hi, I am Courtney and I have an order for six large pizzas for you.

Well come on in, I am Dana Jensen, the woman said.

Are you the owner of Galena's Pizza? I asked.

Yes I am. I bet you were expecting someone a lot older, weren't you.

    Well yes.

Everyone makes that mistake. I started making pizza in college. By the time I had graduated I found myself running my own business, making good money, so I never did pursue my degree in nursing. Why don't you put the pizza in the kitchen while I finish setting up for my party?

    "Oh you're having
