Embracing Wellness - Katie Schrader
HELLO
One of the things I have discovered over the years as I have been researching Fibroid Tumors is that no matter what anyone claims, there is no cure for Fibroid Tumors.
The research shows many potential options, but the options have not provided the cure as of this date. Research continues, tests continue, but until something very viable comes along, those with fibroids continue to seek and try anything on the market for relief.
I am here to tell you this, being a fibroid sufferer myself, and not desiring to have surgery of any type, my research has been deep, self-tested, and through trial and error, I have found options that work for me and options that don’t.
I chose to make this more of a teaching/informational manual than a 300-page manual of stories, ideas, and pump ups, whose ultimate goal is to sell a lotion, potion, or pill that will cure
you.
When I speak about diet, I am not talking about weight, I am talking about the foods we ingest. I could share for hours on this subject and have a great chapter for you to read on this subject.
In order to make an informed decision, I recommend consulting your doctor before making any drastic changes in your lifestyle. Research all options available to you both medical and natural. Be very proactive in the choices you make.
All being said and done, I hope this short, but informative manual will help you find a reasonable solution to living with your fibroid naturally.

BY WAY OF INTRODUCTION
When I started this story, it was as a blog, so I decided to share my info in a book. I was very wary of sharing my story with others as I am an extremely private person. Then I thought about all the women who feel the same way, so, instead of trying to promote some type of lotion, potion, or magical cure, I decided to share my story, my research, my results, thoughts, and ideas about caring for a fibroid naturally.
I researched this issue for years. Read every little thing I came across, tested, tried, succeeded, failed, and finally found a protocol, by my own design, that works for me. I guess I am a sucker for punishment sometimes, because I will test a new idea or something I have found, putting myself sometimes back into a horrible state. But, in order to share this with you, I want to be able to honestly say, I tried this. This is what happened.
I will be honest at this point. I probably will not go back into the downside of having a fibroid that causes problems but will research the new products and post the information on my blog. It’s just really stressing to do that to one’s body.
The idea of me sharing with you is to show you options about healing and caring for your body and fibroid naturally. You need to become the biggest advocate possible for yourself. Ask questions, make the doctors answer your questions and make sure that it is a satisfying answer, not a run around, then, research the crap out of it. There are many sites you can go to, many groups on Facebook that can help you, and probably even people in your community.
I want you all to know that you’re not in this fight alone. Together, we can help each other find solutions to living with our fibroids, possibly healing them, and eventually eradicating them altogether.

It is fun being a girl! Really! Look at all the cool things girls get to do. Dress up almost any way you want. Hair, short, medium, long, curly, straight, poofy. And don’t even get me started on hair color. Paint your nails, put on makeup. Oh my gosh. It’s just plain fun!
The real challenge begins when you hit puberty. Actually, a little before. The sudden onslaught of hormones. Whew! A young woman can drive her family crazy. But it’s still a blast. Think of all the things you can look forward to. Then comes your monthly reminder of being a girl. Your period. This should be a celebration into womanhood. You have reached the wonderful time where you are maturing, and your body is developing. Whoo Hoo! Right?
For the majority of women, this is wonderful. You plan things around your period and the mood
