Through the Storm

About this ebook
Hello there!
It seems that you have come across my book of poems. These poems are inspired by every day life challenges. I became very sick with long covid, and the only thing that got me through was prayer, my family, and writing. I stopped talking to someone very close to me, and became very close to me, and it was very hard. I learned from a therapist that there are seasons in your life where you meet people, and they stay in your life for a season, and help you get through challenge that God throws at you. I love the movie sister act, and was inspired by a book my mother gave me called 'Letters to a Young Poet,'and the words of Whoopi Goldberg, "If you find something that makes you get up in the morning, and all you want to do is that, then that is what your passion is and you must follow it," if you want to get up and write, then your going to be a writer. I hope that these poems can help you, and inspire you and help you keep going on, and that it helps you fight any storm that God throws at you, and this is why this book is called Through The Storm.

Preface
Through life, you have seasons where you meet people that step into your life, and they stay for a while and they leave. There are also storms that you have to pass through like a maze that isn’t finished yet. In many instances there are paths you must cross, and obstacles you need to get through in order to get to where you are today. These are a series of poems, of people that have come through my life, and things that they have taught me, and trauma that I have battled and won in the end. I am my own person, and these poems share my hopes and dreams. Happy reading.
