Firestorm: Taking Down the Strong Man was created to expose the strongman from Ephesians 6:12 (KJV), For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The prayers in this book point out and expose these fallen angels and their tactics to ruin God’s people and destroy their destinies.

The purpose of this book is to make you stronger and more equipped in the raging battle. We must withstand these evil forces, depend on God’s strength, resist the devil, and put on the whole armor of God. May this season provide a walk in victory in Christ Jesus.

Introduction Prayer -

Warfare Prayer for Victory

We embrace Jehovah Gibbor, our Commander-in-Chief, our Almighty Man of War. Father, we release any legal rights to this family.

We need a fresh release of Your power today, Lord Jesus. A prayer that we can pray to You that would raise a standard against the enemies of our soul standing at our gates. Isaiah 59:19 says, When the enemy comes in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him.

Father, this morning, please hear our pleas. We decree an open heaven that these words would be declared by the authority of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Father, we dismiss and bind all familiar spirits and release Jehovah Gibbor to cover us and fight for us.

These words of faith dismiss and break down any satanic barriers that have risen against us. We declare right now in the name of Jesus closed doors and gates of all evil. We declare a new gate and door keeper, our Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

We sever any cords of evil attachments and we decree and declare any curse removed. We proclaim the two-fold purpose of the angelic host empowered to help govern our success and grant us cloaks of favor.

We cut off the head of the Python spirit and destroy its deceit and sabotage of our blessings. We short-circuit demonic oppression, cleanse our minds and hearts, and remove any spells from the enemy.

Empower us to walk out of the past and embrace our future. We command any vanity, condemnation, and iniquity bound.

We bind and break any curses, firebrands, fiery darts, certain sabotages, and evil inclinations of any type, including Delilah spirits. Also, we bind up the mouth of the slandering lion and we call it to no effect in Jesus’ name this day.

Your Word states, We sit in heavenly places with Christ Jesus, (Ephesians 2:6). We speak from that position through this prayer.

Father, we take our authority seriously; place us in the right spiritual realm to be victorious in Christ Jesus. Let the heavenly realms take notice from heaven’s court.

Lord, free us from our lack of training, our ignorance. Teach us to be more like Your image; bring us into right alignment with Your will. Cause our weapons to be sharpened through the fire of the Holy Ghost.
