About this ebook

The God that you and I serve is a Covenant keeping God. God established His covenant with Abraham (Gen. 17:1-4,7). God told Abraham to walk before him (perfect, blameless) and he would establish his covenant with him and would multiply him exceedingly and make him a Father of many nations.

Through the blood of Jesus, you and I have the right to partake of the Abrahamic Covenant. Galatians3:29 says, And if you belong to Christ [are in Him Who is Abrahams seed], then you are Abrahams offspring and [spiritual] heirs according to promise. (Amplified).

We are entitled to all of the promises, blessings and benefits of the Abrahamic Covenant. It is a part of our inheritance and it is up to us whether we partake of the covenant.

Jesus left nothing undone at the cross. He took care of it all! Jesus bore
? Righteousness for our Spirit
? Peace for our Soul (mind, will and emotions)
? Healing for our body

God is not looking for us to pay the price; Jesus already did that. God is looking for us to become aggressive to receive what rightfully belongs to us. God knows we are Heirs of God. Jesus knows we are Heirs of God and joint Heirs with him sharing his inheritance.

    About the Author

    Prayer for Salvation

    Acknowledgments

I want to thank my dear friend Terri Harris for diligently encouraging me to continue to press toward the mark to complete this project. May the Lord continue to bless and prosper you in all that you do for Him. You will never know how much your words of encouragement meant to me.

To Minister Ellen Polite.. .Your spirit of excellence continues to encourage me to push higher. May the Lord bless and increase you more and more.

To Barbara Watkins.. .I want to thank you for believing in me and for supporting this project financially and prayerfully.

To Hear And Be Healed Outreach Ministry.. .Thanks for your prayers and support. As the project was drawing to conclusion, I encountered several attacks against my body. Your prayers of agreement and intercession encouraged and strengthened me to be aggressive to press my way to complete what God had called me to do. I thank God for each and every one of you.

    Dedication

This book is dedicated to my wonderful husband Curtis, my children little Curtis and Christina, my daughter-in-law Nasheekah and grandchildren CJ and Nalani.

I want to thank you all for your patience, prayers, love and support and for understanding the call of God on my life.

I am forever grateful and thankful to have a family as wonderful as you are.

    Vision

To teach all to spend daily time with Jesus Christ in order to establish a personal relationship with Him; and to teach that the healing power of Jesus Christ is available to all who believe and act on the word of God.

    A Note To The Reader

According to Psalm 68:11, The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it. My hands are anointed to write for God. I count it an honor and a privilege to be used for His glory. My objective for writing this book is to teach the children of God that through the blood of Jesus they have a Covenant of Healing". When we become aggressive to receive what rightfully belongs to us, the devil cannot steal, kill and destroy us.

Satan knows we are joint heirs with Christ. However, Satan is not going to allow any of us to receive our inheritance without a faith fight. We must be AGGRESSIVE to receive what rightfully belongs to us. That is why the word of God tells us that the violent take it by force! In these last days, we must be aggressive in our faith walk in order to receive what rightfully belongs to us. I want the Body of Christ to know that there is nothing terminal with God. It doesn’t matter if the diagnosis is a simple cold or cancer. If you are willing to apply the word of God as instructed, you will receive a harvest of divine health.

I praise the Lord for the life-changing manifested power of God that will be revealed through you for His glory!

You just made an eternal investment in yourself.

    Chapter 1

We Are The Righteousness Of God

Before we can lay hold on the promises of God, we must first know who we are as children of God. Romans 3:22 tells us that we are the righteousness of God by faith. It says, Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference.

God declared us righteous the very moment that we received Jesus as our Lord and

Savior. We are the righteousness of God simply because God declared it in

Romans 3:22. This righteousness that we have obtained is upon all those that believe that

Jesus is the Son of the living God and have made Him their Lord and Savior.

It does not matter how we feel. Our good conduct did not make us righteous. Our good looks did not make us righteous. Our tithing and giving does not make us righteous. Our good works do not make us righteous. Our church attendance does not make us righteous. God made us righteous when He declared it in His Word. Our part is to believe it, receive it and act like it is so.

When you have been declared righteous, that means that you have the ability to stand before God without a guilty conscience, without condemnation or inferiority.

We have been given the right through the blood of Jesus to confidently come to the throne of grace and talk to our Father (just as a child would talk to their daddy), expecting Him to answer our prayers. Simply put, we have been given the ability through the blood of Jesus to stand in the Father’s presence as if sin never existed. That is an awesome privilege!

In Romans 3:23 the scripture tells us For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. Psalm 51:5 declares this: Behold I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. When an individual is born into the earth, they are automatically classified as a sinner until they make a decision to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Romans 3:24 says that we are justified (declared righteous) freely by God’s grace which comes through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.

This righteousness cannot be purchased or earned. It only comes through the redemption of Jesus.

Romans 5:17 says, For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.

Romans 5:17 (AMP) says it like this: For if because of one man’s trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [God’s] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One).

This righteousness is a FREE GIFT from God to every believer who will believe it, receive it and act like it is so. We are righteous in the eyes of God because we have received his Son Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

    Let’s look at Romans 5:18,19:

18   Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19   For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Verses 18 and 19 tell us that by the offense of one (that being Adam) all men came under condemnation and it was by the righteousness of One (that being Jesus) that all could receive this free gift called righteousness.

Righteousness will not become a reality in our lives until we believe it and we receive it by faith and begin to act like it is so. Likewise, divine health, peace, strength and prosperity will never become a reality in our lives until we believe what the promises say by faith and we begin to act like it is so. A part of acting like it is so, is to open up your mouth and declare it!

For example you could say, I am the righteousness of God and I declare that by the blood of Jesus I am healed from the tip of my head to the soles of my feet. I declare that the healing power of Jesus Christ flows freely throughout my body right now. Therefore, I command every nerve, cell, muscle, tissue, limb, organ and my immune system to line up with the word of God and function to perfection as God created it to function.

With this declaration, you have come into agreement with who God says you are. You took authority over your body and commanded it to line up with the word of God.

How does your righteousness tie into the healing power of God’s word? Jesus paid the price for us to be free from every curse, bondage and affliction. You must know and understand that when Jesus went to the cross, He took every curse and every sin away. When a person confronts us to sin, what do we do? WE RESIST THEM, and we tell them no thank you; I will not partake of that. Now sin is still available in the earth if we choose to partake of it. Sin has not left the earth; however, we have resisted it! We have taken a stand against it and we made a decision of our will that sin will not operate in our lives.

Luke 4:18 says, The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.

This scripture tells us that Jesus was sent to announce the release of the captives. Salvation, peace of mind, prosperity, strength and wisdom are all covenant benefits (see Psalm 103:1-5) that belong to God’s children. Healing is also a covenant promise that belongs to you.

Sickness and disease are still in the earth and we must choose to reject this part of the curse when the enemy presents it to us. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO RESIST SICKNESS AND DISEASE JUST AS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESIST SIN!!! The principle is the same. The blood of Jesus gives us the right to resist sin, sickness, disease, poverty, lack and every other part of the curse. James 4:7 says, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

God has declared us the righteousness of God and Jesus has been made the way of escape for us to come out of sickness and disease, just as He made the way of escape for us to come out of sin. Psalm 107:2 (AMP) says, Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has delivered from the hand of the adversary.

We are redeemed from the curse of the law, and sickness is under the curse. We must exercise our rights as a believer by opening our mouths and declaring that we are redeemed. While we are living out our Christian lives, we must command Satan and his attacks to wither and die, in the Name of Jesus.

If we follow God’s plan we can escape all of Satan’s attacks and pitfalls. We must operate by His manual, which is the word of God. Please understand that your days of adversity are not over. Days of adversity are a part of the Christian package. Proverbs 24:10 says, If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. The Living Bible translation says it like this: You are a poor specimen if you can’t stand the pressure of adversity.

You must know for yourself that healing is a part of your covenant just as salvation is a part of your covenant. Healing is a property that belongs to you! Healing is not something you get for being good and it is surely not something you get for being bad.

God does not put sickness and disease on us to teach us a lesson. He does not use the low-down tools and tricks of the devil to get us to line up with His word. That is not the God that we serve. The God that we serve is El’ Elyon-The Most High God! We serve a compassionate, loving and kind God that desperately wants to see all of His children living and walking in divine health.

As the scripture tells us in Isaiah 53:5, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. The Amplified version says it like this: …with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. That means wholeness in every area of our lives.

From this day forward, I want you to have this vision concerning your health… I am healed and Satan is trying to steal my health. I am the righteousness of God and I will resist Satan. I take a stand against these attacks, commanding them to wither and die in the Name of Jesus!

    Jesus obtained:

    •   Righteousness for our spirit

    •   Peace for our soul (mind, will and emotions)

    •   Healing for our body

He left nothing undone! He took care of it all at the cross. We have to take a stand against Satan and declare our rights. We have to open our mouths and let Satan know that we are the righteousness of God and that we will not tolerate his attacks against our bodies, our minds nor our finances.

God will not make you receive your healing. Do you want it bad enough to put forth the effort necessary to receive it? Living and walking in divine health is going to require some effort on your part. Jesus paid the price for us to live and walk in divine health, free from sickness and disease. However, the adversary (Satan)
