Raise the foundations of many generations, prophesy over them and school them into supernatural knowledge, wisdom and exploits; impart into them my power and wisdom; release them into their glorious and unparalleled destinies.

Introduction

To be a child of God is a divine privilege that we can’t take for granted. What does it mean to be a child of God? It means coming to a place where you surrender your entire life to Jesus in true repentance. Then you get to accept Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. Above all, you get to bear the fruit of your repentance and righteousness in Him, Christ Jesus.

John 3:1-3

There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him. Jesus answered and said to him, Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

Ephesians 4:21-24

If indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Matthew 3:7-10

Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.

After you get born again as a believer, the next thing is for you to show forth the fruits of your repentance in Christ Jesus. Otherwise, there is no way you can walk in your God-ordained authority as a believer—without the fruits. Many believers today don’t mind or care whether they have the fruits of their repentance or salvation. Instead, they focus on being popular or wanting to be used by God. Well, the more you grow in the fruits of your salvation, the more you will grow in authority as a believer.

Hence, in this book, I will share more about understanding your authority, weapons of authority, and engaging your authority in Christ Jesus. Unless you exercise your authority as a believer or child of God, the devil will take you for granted. Take it easy and let us walk in that authority against all the powers of darkness. There is no amount of darkness or evil that can defeat or withstand a child of God who understands his or/her authority in Christ Jesus. It is time to walk in that authority!

Many years ago, 1996, they brought to me a young boy who was experiencing satanic oppression. The devil and his cohorts gravely tormented him. He dropped out of school because of that affliction. The problem he had was that someone used to hit him with a stick (witchcraft), yet the person beating him was not visible to anyone else, but only to the boy. So the boy was helpless and had no one to help him. He grew thin and unhealthy. However, when they brought him to me, I prayed for him to be delivered from that demonic oppression.

Then, after two weeks, they came back to me, and testified to the glory of God that the boy was delivered from that satanic oppression. He also went back to school! What was that? It was authority in Christ Jesus,
