Love Yourself
To love and be loved is great.
But self-love is greater.
Many promise to love, live and die together.
Yet, eagerly embrace chances to love and live again with others.
Confirming that only your body cannotlive without your soul.
Many great women and men have significantly contributed to the world.
At some point in their lives, the world revolves around them.
They led and impacted the lives of millions of people.
They were the world leaders.
Unfortunately, only a few of them are remembered in history books.
And the world continues to be conquered by emerging leaders.
Also, assuming they are the world.
Yet, lovers make the same mistakes.
And are replaced in the blink of an eye.
Some become distant and faded memories sooner.
And the world continues.
Therefore,love and cherish yourself more.
So that you can love others better.
For you cannot gift to others what you don’t have.
Neither can you appreciate the love of others.
Till you know how it feels to love yourself.

You Are Your Thoughts And Imagination
The Mind is like a baby.
Ignorantly assumed to be oblivion of its environment.
Always at the mercy of caregivers.
Often forced to consume whatever it is fed.
Its cry for help is seen as a tantrum.
In its presence, foul language is a lifestyle.
Self-deprecation is a habit.
And violence is a ritual.
Few care to understand what the baby needs.
Many think the baby is immune to its environment.
And feeds it whatever and whenever.
Yet, expecting it to grow into a responsible and healthy Adult.
The audacity of hope without effort.
Leaving the baby to its fate.
A life of chances and luck.
And a wish for miracles.
Which rarely manifests without preparation.
For Imagination envisions the future.
Goals give it direction.
And hope and efforts show the will for the desired future.
You cannot achieve what you can neither think nor see.
The seed of negativity yields bitterness.
And miracles, luck, and chances mostly happen with intention and effort.
So be intentional with what you feed your mind.

Introduction
Relationships born from love, desire, attraction, and goodwil require a partnership mindset, two-way sacrifice, mutual care, loyalty, empathy, and spice to sustain them.
It also craves respect for individual identities, space, boundaries, and values to survive. Profound and well -
nurtured love instinctively leads to mutual submissiveness and spontaneity, reflecting the heart’s will. It acknowledges and complements imperfections but focuses on strengths.
Words are limiting in the description of how people feel for their lovers. Sometimes the feelings are overwhelming and illogical. Other times it is intentional and empathetic.
Though love is a universal feeling,it must be personalized by every couple,to necessitate them create and sustain the love they wish to enjoy in their relationships.
Joy and sorrow are essential parts of living. No love exists without imperfections and challenges.Every couple has the liberty to highlight either the heartbreaking moments or the exciting experiences. Some focus on the good spell till death do them apart, like the Rawlings in Ghana (The late former president of Ghana, President J. J. Rawlings, and the wife, Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings).Others are young, like the Frimpongs (Medical and Fela Makafui), and growing stronger together with their hearts full of hope. Many couples are living their dream relationships and marriages.

For to love and be faithful is a choice.
Millions of people have been left heartbroken. Love feels like a battlefield to those whose dreams are shattered and burned into flames. Some have tried severally and ended up with the same unwanted and unexpected outcomes. Others get the love recipe right early, while it takes centuries for some to find their soul mates. Unfortunately, some people never get to find their soul mates and are better off alone. Few vowed never to love again, but love takes them by surprise and changes their world.
Many relationships expire sooner because of ignorance of expectations and responsibilities to be assumed in the relationship. Some failed because of misconceptions about love and marriages. Falling in love might be unplanned, unexpected, and sudden, however, to sustain relationships and marriages they must be nurtured. It requires efforts from both parties.
Therefore, if you are dating, married, or aspiring to start a relationship sooner or later, first, you must learn about love and expectations. Next, you must understand the insignificant things, words, and actions that persistently break a partner’s heart and lead to breakups and divorces.
Also, it is necessary to acknowledge your partner’s individuality and learn how to respect and love them in difficult times. Importantly, understand how to be a partner abreast with modernization, the world of career, housework and its prospects and challenges. The broken-hearted should never stay hurt forever or sentence themselves to a lifetime of pain and torture. The world never waits for anyone.
Hence the need to make efforts to overcome the hurt and live your life again.
Surely, every adult needs to read Shades of Love and Heartbreaks. A page, section, paragraph, and sentence explain and align with, possibly, everyone’s past, present, and future experiences.Grab a copy now.

PART ONE
Self-Love
There is no love comparable to and greater than self-love. No one can love you more than yourself. Also, there is no place as peaceful and secure as the one within and around you. Hence it is necessary to love yourself, your personal space, and your company.Self-love is a must because you cannot give others what you don’t have and appreciate. How do you love others when you cannot even love yourself? How do you value the love of others when you don’t love yourself?
Notably, the pillar of every relationship is self-love.
To love yourself, you must know who you are. Self-identity is complex and workable. It refers to how one’s memories, experiences, environment, values, wishes, dreams, and mindset over time create a sense of self at a particular period. Self-identity helps you appreciate your unique characteristics and attitudes
