    Introduction

Are you always scared, worried, or nervous? Do you struggle to sleep and always feel tired and panicky? Do you wonder why you can't stop worrying and being afraid? Do you want to overcome these issues so you can live the life you want?

These kinds of feelings are often called anxiety. It's when your brain reacts in a certain way because of different things happening in your life that upset the balance or routine. Everyone goes through tough times when it feels like everything is falling apart. During those moments, it's hard to explain the feelings of tension, helplessness, and anxiety in our minds. We might even wish we could disappear and come back when the stressful situations are over.

Anxiety disorders are classified as generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), panic disorder, and particular phobias. Each variety has its own set of symptoms, but they all involve extreme worry, fear, and unease, making it difficult to enjoy daily activities.

Anxiety disorders can have a variety of origins. They can be sparked by a specific incident or setting, or they can grow gradually over time. Genetics, brain chemistry, traumatic experiences, and chronic stress are all variables that may contribute to the development of anxiety disorders.
