H i, Ashley, Molly said as she greeted her neighbor.

Molly was at the grocery store, her mind focused on the list she made and finding all of the supplies she needed to cook for the next week. The list was important. Molly used to be able to keep all that information in her head, but ever since she gave up some of her intelligence for her big tits, she struggled to juggle information in her head.

And it was not that Molly was dumb. Her IQ put her at average. The problem was that it was a big drop from where she had been before. In comparison to her old self, she struggled with thinking, with retaining information. She even found herself relying on recipes more now than she had before, just because it was harder to keep track of everything.

So it had been a surprise to suddenly look up and see Ashley Jones, also shopping. The queen bee of the neighborhood had been a bit different since the garden party. That was supposed to be her big coming out party for her and her augmented breasts. Ashley now regretted making the statement to the neighborhood when she decided to wear a bikini in her front yard.

Oh, hi, Molly, Ashley replied. I didn't see you there.

Molly giggled slightly. I know what you mean. I was busy reading my list and then I looked up and here you are. But then Molly noticed Ashely's lips. Even with her decreased intelligence, she knew Ashley had more work done. The woman's lips were significantly enhanced with filler. Wow, I love the lips. When did you get them done?

You do? Ashley said in surprise. She had been unsure about getting the lip filler, but after Molly upstaged her at the garden party, she felt the need to once again set herself apart from the other women in the neighborhood, especially with half the women having already undergone breast augmentations.
