Anal training can also be incorporated into BDSM or even as a part of a power exchange dynamic for control or discipline. What is anal sex?

Anal sex is any erotic anal play involving the anus and rectal area, not just intercourse. A few examples of anal sex are:

●       Anal Intercourse - Anal intercourse is the sexual activity that involves the insertion of the penis or a sex toy into the anus.

●       Rimming - Rimming is a slang expression that refers to oral stimulation of the anus. The correct term for this is analingus.

●       Manual Stimulation - Manual stimulation can include rubbing the anus externally or inserting a finger(s) - one’s own or a partner’s - into the anal opening and gently rotating.

●       Fisting - Fisting is a form of anal sex in which several fingers or even the entire hand and forearm are inserted into the rectum and sometimes into the lower colon.

Who Can Do Anal Play?

Anyone with an anus can do anal play! Stereotypically, it is considered a gay sex act, but it really doesn’t matter what gender identity you are, your sexual preference, or what type of relationship you are in. Anyone can explore anal play; if you have a prostate, it can be a new way to feel pleasure.
